About Up High Studio
Who is Up High Studio?
A minority-owned, founder-led digital studio. We’re a small team built around honest collaboration, working with small and growing businesses that want a close creative partner.
What does Up High Studio do?
We help businesses ship better digital work. That covers websites, AI tools and automations, marketing programs, brand and creative, and the internal systems that keep teams running.
What does MWBE-certified mean?
We’re certified as a Minority and Women Business Enterprise by New York State. The certification can count toward MWBE goals on public, institutional, or enterprise contracts. It also reflects who we are and the kinds of businesses we care about supporting.
What makes Up High Studio different?
Strategy, design, and build all live in one studio. That means fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and work that gets shaped by the people who actually have to make it run.

Who do you work with?
Founders, small and growing teams, service businesses, nonprofits, and underrepresented business owners who want a close creative partner instead of another distant vendor.
What size businesses do you take on?
Most of our clients are small to mid-sized teams, from solo founders to organizations of a few hundred people. We work best when we can stay close to the people making decisions.
Do you work with existing teams or agencies?
Yes. We often partner alongside in-house teams, marketing leads, or other agencies. We’re comfortable filling a specific gap or owning a full project end to end.
How we work
How does a project start?
Send a short message through the contact page. We review it within 24 hours, and if it’s a fit, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to talk through what you need.
What happens after I send a message?
We’ll review what you sent, ask any clarifying questions, and either set up a discovery call or point you toward a better fit. Either way you’ll hear back within 24 hours on business days.
How do we stay in sync during a project?
You’ll have a single point of contact at the studio, regular check-ins on a cadence that fits your team, and a shared view of where the work stands. We aim for fewer status meetings and clearer updates.
Services and scope
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Websites, ecommerce stores, web apps, internal tools, AI tools and agents, brand and creative work, and marketing programs covering strategy, SEO, content, and email. If you have something else in mind, just ask.
Can you improve something we already have?
Yes. Sometimes a refresh, audit, or rebuild of a specific piece is the right move instead of starting over. We’ll tell you when that’s the case.
Can you work with our current tools and platforms?
Yes. We work inside whatever stack fits your team. We only suggest changes when the current tools are actually holding the work back.
