Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, organization, and message. We also keep emails and call details when you reach out directly.
• Proposals, contracts, and invoices. When you accept a proposal or sign a contract through a link we send, we record your name, the date and time, and the IP address you used, as a record of the agreement.
• How you use the site. Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
• Security checks. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address and request time.

How we use it

• To reply to you and talk through your project.
• To send proposals, contracts, and invoices, and to deliver the work we agree on.
• To keep the business, tax, and legal records we are required to keep.
• To see which pages help visitors and improve the site.
• To protect the site and our clients from spam, fraud, and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our site and business:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google, for Firebase data storage and Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare, for domain, security, and spam protection.
• Resend, which delivers our email.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to reply and follow up. We keep signed contracts, invoices, and payment records as long as tax and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so contact us right away if you think your information has been exposed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have more rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of its sale. We don't sell personal information, and we will never treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email hello@uphighstudio.com. We'll confirm it's you, then respond within 45 days.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are for businesses and organizations and are not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our case studies link to client websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn't cover them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
